Anti-Oppressive Advocacy: Disrupting structural forms of violence

This workshop will assist participants in understanding the nuanced ways we unintentionally but actively perpetuate and uphold systemic forms of violence towards the populations we serve. Participants will learn about anti-oppressive principles and how to politicize their advocacy work. In small groups, attendees will discuss ways to apply insight from workshop by developing and committing to an action.
