Abi Olson

Abi Olson was led by a passion for helping those affected by the criminal legal system into her current role as a Post-Conviction Victim Advocate with The Blue Bench, the only comprehensive sexual violence resource center in the metro Denver area. She brings five years of experience working with justice-involved individuals and at-risk youth to this space, where she is now able to provide support to the individuals on the other side of the story during the post-sentencing stage of sexual offense cases. Longer term, she wants to expand access to post-sentencing services for survivors and make meaningful changes to systems through legislative work. Abi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work degree, both from the University of Denver.
