Introduction to Effective Case Management in a Residential Setting

This workshop contains the tools needed to effectively case manage clients that have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking in a residential setting. These tools include empowerment, partnerships with community resources, inclusivity, equity, and overall format of a residential program. Our main focus is how case management in a residential setting can differ from a non-residential capacity. We will also focus on how a residential program requires cultural inclusivity, and how residential programs can assist with clients in rural communities.
