Essential Support: Sexual Assault Response Teams (SART)’s and Post-Conviction Work

SARTs recognize diverse talents and expertise, value each discipline and individual responder to sexual assault, and provide inclusive leadership. The theme of this conference and connection of these values to our work is crucial to raise awareness, enhance victim and community safety, and reduce re-offense potential. This will be highlighted throughout the presentation with a focus on collaboration between SART’s and post-conviction work, and the diversity of victims assisted in both rural and urban communities.
