Veronica Quinonez

Veronica (she/her/hers) has over ten years of victim services and violence prevention experience in the field. She currently consults for American Institutes for Research as a SPARX trainer for the DOD violence prevention community and founded Veronica Quinonez Trainings LLC to improve DEI and social justice practices at organizations in the field of power based violence. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University where she teaches a course on Indigenous Americans and Power Based Violence. She previously managed the statewide violence CDC 'DELTA' grant where she oversaw violence prevention initiatives for the entire state of Tennessee including economic empowerment and adverse childhood experience prevention programs. She previously worked on college campuses at Georgetown University and Vanderbilt University, serving campus survivors. Veronica also has provided crisis counseling to the DOD community and served as a Safe Helpline Manager for the DOD and the Rape Abuse Incest National Network (RAINN) in Washington, D.C. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and a Bachelors in Psychology and International Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
