Anne Auld

Anne has served as the Director of Education for Illuminate Colorado since 2015. She leads the implementation and oversight of the organization’s programmatic activities, including work on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention, the Strengthening Families Protective Factors, Smart Choices Safe Kids, and all education efforts. In addition, Anne oversees the Child Abuse and Neglect Expert Staffing project. Anne co-chairs the Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Coalition and sits on a variety of child maltreatment prevention coalitions and task forces in leadership roles. She is a Certified Instructor in Darkness to Light Stewards of Children; certified trainer in the Kempe Center Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Prevention of Sexually Abusive Behaviors in Childhood and Adolescence; ACE Interface, and The Period of PURPLE Crying® from the National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome. She is a trainer for the Colorado Child Welfare Training System, and has presented at national and international conferences on related issues. Anne has a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
