Marigaye Barnes

Marigaye Barnes is the Nonresidential Case Manager and Otreach Coordinator at Alternatives to Violence in Loveland Co.. She has been a Victim Advocate since 2016 and has worked to educate and train in the community of Loveland. She is also the facilitator for a Peer to Peer Support Group entitiled "Empowerment Connections." Her background is in Nursing, however she feels she has been an advocate all of her adult life. Advocate for her patients, advocate for her aging parents and now an advocate for surviviors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. She is a Mom, and Grandma and soon to be a Grat Grandma.
