Jordan Rhodes

Jordan joined CCASA in January 2023. She has been in the field of sexual violence, intimate partner violence and human trafficking since 2017, when she began volunteering with TESSA in Colorado Springs. From 2017-2022 she worked in various paid staff positions at TESSA including Lead Hospital Advocate, Housing First Program Coordinator and Human Trafficking Program Manager. In 2022 she began working at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) in the Title IX Office where she provided training to the campus on sexual misconduct, informed survivors about their reporting options and assisted with restorative justice implementation. Jordan has a BA in Human Services from UCCS and a Graduate Certificate in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership from the University of San Diego. She is passionate about serving survivors and finding ways to improve their experiences as they navigate through the different systems during their healing journey.
