Alison McCarthy

Alison McCarthy brings a decade of experience working to prevent and address interpersonal violence, both by tackling systemic issues and providing direct support to victim survivors. Ms. McCarthy earned her Masters of Social Work with a certificate in Animal-Assisted Social Work from the University of Denver in 2014. She grew up all over the world and has enjoyed setting some roots in Colorado since 2005. Alison is passionate about remedying injustices and celebrating the inherent dignity of all people. Her time outside of work is spent connecting with loved ones, cuddling with her rescue cat Monroe, and enjoying spontaneous dance parties.
