Meghan Francone

Meghan Francone, B.S. SLP/Aud., CFI, is currently the Executive Director of Open Heart Advocates, and Moffat County Coordinator for REPS (Reaching Everyone Preventing Suicide). Meghan has spent over 15 years in education and non-profit arena. From working with students and families in special education to leading non-profits in crisis behavioral health, intervention solutions for suicide , and survivor services. At Open Heart Advocates under the umbrella of a regional health care entity, Meghan leads 5 departments including both clinical and non-clinical programs and service lines. Meghan has an extensive history in both direct service work and executive leadership in education, behavioral health, disability, crisis and survivor advocacy. She is a Master Trainer in QPR, ASIST, as well as CPI, SafeTALK, a Forensic Interviewer at our local CAC and holds advanced certifications in CISM. Combining her professional expertise with her own lived experiences Meghan brings vast expertise to leading and creating accessible, client driven, trauma informed services and agencies. At home Meghan enjoys spending time with her family of 5, engaging outdoors and in the arena, specifically ice hockey.
