Kelsey Mullins

Kelsey (she/her) is Staff Attorney - Underserved Populations at End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin. In this role, Kelsey provides advocacy, support, training and legal technical assistance to domestic violence services agencies and community partners on legal issues that impact the empowerment and safety of marginalized survivors, including immigrants/refugees and human trafficking survivors.
