Conference Meal Selection

  • We will have the following meals and breaks during the conference:

    Wednesday, June 5th

    7:30 am – 9:00 am Continental Breakfast
    Oatmeal with toppings, breakfast burritos, assorted seasonal fruit, juice/coffee.
    12:15 pm Lunch
    Salad and Potato Bar: mixed salad greens, variety of toppings for potato, vegetarian chili and dessert.

    Networking Mixer at 5:00 p.m. poolside (in the event of inclement weather in Salon E/F).

    Join your colleagues from around Colorado and beyond in a casual setting to make new connections. Cash bar.


    Thursday, June 6th

    7:30 am – 8:30 am Continental Breakfast
    Eggs, assorted bread for toasting with fruit preserves, scrambled eggs, hash browns, assorted seasonal fruits, and juice/coffee
    11:30 am Fajita Bar Lunch
    Chef soup, chips and salsa, baked spinach and cheese empanada, black bean salad, cheese enchiladas, BYO (Build Your Own) chicken fajitas salad, corn or flour tortillas and dessert.


    Friday, June 7th

    7:30 am – 8:30 am Continental Breakfast
    Gluten-free muffins, build-your-own breakfast parfait, juice/coffee

    Need a jolt of coffee between breaks? Visit the hotel coffee shop located on the second level before 11am (unless they close early). Starbucks is a short walk from the hotel in the Arrabelle at Vail Square Lions.

    For dinner, invite a few attendees to join you at one of the many restaurants within walking (or shuttle) distance. The hotel concierge has a map of Vail and can guide you to one of many great restaurants in the area.
